WHO IS MATTEO MARZOLLA

Hi, let me introduce myself.

My name's Matteo Marzolla, I'm Powerlifting athlete and last year, even if I was 23, I became the Italian Deadlift Champion.


Don't worry though, I won't talk you about breaking national records, I rather wanna give you some tips to break your personal records.


We all have our own starting and arrival points: our goals.

I have my own too: I didn't become national champion overnight; I started from scratch, each time setting a bigger goal.

In fact, in Listhen (my strength sports company) we usually make specific products for professional athletes.

BENEFITS OF BENCH PRESS

The flat bench press, or simply "bench press", is a fundamental exercise in weight training and brings benefits that often go beyond the purely physical level.

This program is one of the very few Listhen solutions designed for amateurs in the world of fitness and the gym; you don't have to be an expert in bench press or have been training for years: the Bench Specialist is the first step on a path to improve your physique.

WHICH FORMAT IS THE SHEET?

This program is delivered via a PDF file, which can be opened using any pdf viewer program; inside the file you'll also find two informative videos, one shows you how to make the most out of the program and the other will show you how to perform a deadlift safely.

DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE GYM OR CAN I WORK OUT FROM HOME?

You'll definitely find anything you need in gym, but you can also train from home.

The certain thing is, since it's a bench press, that you must have a flat bench, barbell and weight plates available to be able to load training weight.
