WHO IS MATTEO MARZOLLA

Hi, let me introduce myself.

My name's Matteo Marzolla, I'm Powerlifting athlete and last year, even if I was 23, I became the Italian Deadlift Champion.


Don't worry though, I won't talk you about breaking national records, I rather wanna give you some tips to break your personal records.


We all have our own starting and arrival points: our goals.

I have my own too: I didn't become national champion overnight; I started from scratch, each time setting a bigger goal. 


Maybe you've just joined the gym, or maybe you've already been training for a few years; whatever your level is, if you aren't a professional athlete but still want to improve yourself, I might have what's right for you.

WHAT WE MADE

In fact, in Listhen (my strength sports company) we usually make specific products for professional athletes.


However, we realized that we were closing doors to anyone wanted to approach this world for the very first time, to anyone who got lost in the mess of training sheets bought at the gym.

BENEFITS OF DEADLIFT

Deadlift is one of the most effective exercises to improve muscles, but it's also often a source of psychological well-being in the athlete who performs the lift.

This program is one of the very few Listhen solutions designed for amateurs in the world of fitness and the gym; you don't have to be an expert in deadlifting or have been training for years: the Deadlift Specialist is the first step on a path to improve your physique.

WHICH FORMAT IS THE SHEET?

This program is delivered via a PDF file, which can be opened using any pdf viewer program; inside the file you'll also find two informative videos, one shows you how to make the most out of the program and the other will show you how to perform a deadlift safely.

DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE GYM OR CAN I WORK OUT FROM HOME?

You'll definitely find anything you need in gym, but you can also train from home.

The certain thing is, since it's a deadlift, that you must have a barbell and weight plates available to be able to load training weight.
